My Story...
I'm a native New Yorker. I first got involved in acting when Rosie's Broadway Kids came to my Elementary School to do a workshop. I loved it and even got a scholarship to continue working with them. After that I auditioned for TADA! Youth Theater and became a member of their ensemble where my manager - Jody Prusan - saw me performing and asked if I wanted to try to get professional work. I was instantly on board and a lot has happened since then.
In the eleven years that followed I've worked across NYC as an actor Off Broadway and in Film and Television, I directed my first project, "Dog Sees God," with students from my High School, a labor of love that taught me so much about myself and the acting process. I got my agents, Pam Goldman at Buchwald and Victoria Kress & Jamie Pillet at Abrams Artists. They're a fantastic team! I got my Equity card performing on Theater Row, went to Canada to spend a week shooting my first national commercial for Apple, and flew across the ocean for the first time to study Shakespeare at Oxford. Along the way I made friends I will never forget and even found a mentor or two in the older actors I worked with. I am still in love with performing and I want to act, write and direct for the rest of my life!
When I turned 18 and graduated from High School I picked a college close by - SUNY Purchase - so I could keep coming to the city to audition. In the four years since, I’ve gotten to continue working on multiple episodics, three feature films and a few plays, graduating with two Bachelors degrees. After graduating I hit the ground running, filming a few projects before going off to Colorado Springs to play Christopher in "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime" at the Fine Arts Center. Now I'm back in New York and I can't wait to see what comes next!
